InVivo Animal Nutrition and Health announces today the acquisition of Daavision, an international Dutch company specialised in the production and marketing of specialty additives for animal nutrition, mainly based on organic fatty acids.
A strategic acquisition which complements the current specialty additives offer in a growing market.

The company operates in 28 countries and announces today the acquisition of Daavision, an
international Dutch company specialised in the production and marketing of specialty additives for
animal nutrition, mainly based on organic fatty acids.
An acquisition that leverages the innovation and internationalization potential of the company
Founded in 2004, Daavision manufactures its products in the Netherlands and markets them in more than 30 countries. The company has “a state of the art” production site (2008) located in Oss in the Netherlands and benefits from an innovative and experienced staff. In addition, Daavision is very well known for its know-how in farm animals feeding and has been able to develop tailor made solutions to answer to any breeding environmental conditions. This unique ability lies on the strong innovation DNA of the company which has for instance been the first to develop the use of lauric acid as a powerful antibacterial in the agri-food industry.
The clear ambition to build a global leader in the specialty additives business
The integration of Daavision within the specialty additives business line of InVivo NSA will give the company the opportunity to broaden its range of services, to benefit from additional research capabilities and financial means and to improve its distribution network in Europe and Russia.
